My Thoughts and Concerns About Grad

I'm not that type of person that is enthusiastic or eager for graduation because as I graduate from middle school, I'll have to start high school (which is the time to think about your future). It's not like I don't want to graduate, but it's that time you realize that you can't be a kid forever. And as I go to high school, I'll have to have a good reputation and grades to get into a good collage and university in order to achieve my dream job. I just hope that life won't be as hard as I think it's going to be and I'm still not that pumped up for grad although it's literally right around the corner.

My 10 year plan

Honestly I never really thought of my future, but I guess I'll just stick to the basics. I plan on graduating from high school in the next four years. I also plan on continuing to volunteer at the food bank and finish my LIT (leaders in training) programs. I hope to study gynecology become a gynecologist in needed countries. I also plan to learn Japanese and the piano in my spare time.

Most Memorable Teacher

My most memorable teacher was Ms. Brittany. She was my teacher when I was in grade 5 and 6, and she was always my favorite teacher. She always thought of fun games to play and made sure we always had a good time. In the fifth grade, she made us do a puppet show about Ancient Egyptian myths for one of our projects. I thought it was so much fun because I loved learning about Ancient Egypt and most of all their myths. We also got to make commercials, comic books and much more. In the sixth grade, I had a leg injury and couldn't come to school for 2 weeks. But when I got back, Ms. Brittany decided to make a big surprise party for me. Although she left, I will never forget how much fun we had with her and that smile she always had on her face.

My Favourite Summer Vacation

My favourite summer was the summer of 2010. That was the summer my family and I went on a trip to Kenya, which was so much fun! My favourite part of the trip was the time we lived in Nakuru for a month. The house we lived in was like a mansion! Most of the time, we went to the Savannah or just stayed home and watched the FIFA World Cup. My siblings and I were obsessed with a show called "The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack" (a really weird show) and the movies "The Lion King" and "Treasure Planet". We also went to Isiolo to visit some relatives and my step-grandmothers.
